Returns and Exchanges


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition. Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange, refund or credit note. 

If you have received a faulty product simply return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value within 7 days of receipt. 

Made-to-order dresses are only allowed to be exchanged by another product of the same or similar price from our website.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Petite Chérie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Petite Chérie.

Once your return has been processed, will provide you with the full address as we allocate your returns authorization number. 

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items as well. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed.
