Returns and Exchanges


Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Petite Chérie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Petite Chérie.

Items purchased on monpetitecherie.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 7 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 25 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of monpetitecherie.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or shoebox replacement.

Made-to-order dresses are only allowed to be exchanged by another product of the same or similar price from our website.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items as well. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed.
