Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked Sale) postmarked within 7 days from time of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any item(s) marked sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.

If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations. If you have any questions please contact monpcherie@proton.me

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Petite Chérie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Petite Chérie.

Once your return has been processed, will provide you with the full address as we allocate your returns authorization number. 

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items as well. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed.
